Great tips and insights for ESPs. Regarding #1, as with any company, sometimes Sales & Account Services alignment can be off. I agree that setting realistic expectations from the get-go – beginning with your marketing message – is so important. It can be tough on Client Services if that’s not the case, but as an ESP’s marketing manager, I keep myself in check by being clear and honest up front with what we’re able to do for clients. Otherwise it results in multiple people being unhappy in the end and a huge fail on our part!
