Id caution though with Scrum. As an experienced Scum master, scrum is a very rigid framework which can be applied relatively rigidly to the application of software development. Though multiple retros and demo sessions may help, sprinting towards the finish in a marketing department often means that things don’t get done properly. Id suggest using a “lean approach” instead of scrum – ill let you take a look at https://www.smartsheet.com/agile-vs-scrum-vs-waterfall-vs-kanban and let me know your thoughts. Lean focusses on the principles – eliminating waste and optimising the whole whereas scrum is very ceremony and commitment driven. There is a fine difference.
