Thanks for the detailed information. For most small businesses, the best marketing systems are out of their price range. Marketo has some exceptional tools – but few small businesses can afford them. (I highly recommend watching their videos to understand what is possible.)
Many email solutions providers are expanding into social media. Perhaps one day they’ll integrate with CRM systems as well.
