Emma launched in 2003 by co-founders Clint Smith and Will Weaver and now employs over 130 full-time staffers. They\u2019re headquartered in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, with a satellite office in Portland, Oregon. Emma is consistently recognized as both a fast-growing company and a great place to work.
