Hello @Shizhao, Thank you for your review. Please note that this file is a copy of an official government document (The Egyptian Labor Law of 2025).

Under Article 141 of the Egyptian Intellectual Property Law (No. 82 of 2002), official documents—including laws, regulations, and judicial rulings—are exempt from copyright protection and are considered to be in the Public Domain.

I have updated the file description with the appropriate license tag: {{PD-Egypt-official}}. Based on this, there is no requirement for a permission (OROO) as the material is not copyrightable.

I noticed you've uploaded File:^^ - Flickr - shadobb (3).jpg and I thought I should draw your attention to a common error. Please give uploaded files meaningful names. Otherwise they are difficult to track and it is hard to tell what the file is about without actually looking at it. I suggest you rename your image with an intuitive name that describes the file itself. Thanks, and happy editing!
